    To keep a kitchen completely neat and clean, first of all, make sure that the room is out of the dust, garbage and harmful bacteria. Then pay attention to improve the environment of the kitchen for the well being of the family.

    For a safe kitchen, you must obtain the habit of kitchen cleaning priority basis. Again, you need to focus on the cookhouse inner condition and take action to remove all harmful things to keep its healthy state.

     

    Use the dishwasher to clean kitchen utensils to protect from harmful bacteria. However, kitchen component should arrange the right way in order to ensure easy access and reduce hassle. Otherwise, it would create messes and slow down your productivity.

    Wash Your Hand:

    Wash your hands in warm water with cleanser before preparing your feast, particularly working with crude things like meat, fish or egg. Rinse your hand well and dry with a clean towel.

    Otherwise harmful bacteria might spread and contaminate food from your own hand. However, it comes first when you consider hygiene practice seriously in your personal life and your family.

     

    Slicing Tools Hack:

    Using at least two slicing tools to prevent the spreading of unsafe bacteria and mildew. After using these tools wash with a dishwasher and store at a secure place. Before using these tools for food preparation, thoroughly wash it with a dishwasher and then peel food items. 

    Remember that an untidy slicing tool is the safe haven of bacteria. So sanitize these tools properly and store in a place free from bacteria.

    Prevent Contact with Germs:

    When juices from crude meats or germs from unclean tools come in contact with cooked or prepared food materials then cross-pollution happens. So you should be careful about it so that no germs can mix with food. Use well-washed utensils to store foods and serve to eat. 

    As prevention is better than cure, so you can the different color of cutting board for raw meats and vegetables and rinse with warm water. Use a basket to put garbages, dust, and other food extractions. Don’t forget to dump the garbage to the nearby dustbin.

    Purify:

    Clean out cutting board or knives which is used to process meat. Wash the board, knife and other accessories in boiled water with a dishwasher. Then store the kitchen tools in a safe place.

    The knife block is perfect to store knives and other sharp accessories. It ensures safety while cooking food and protects the blade from unwanted damage.

    Use Natural Cleaner:

    If you use chemical material to clean your kitchen, necessary tools, or utensil, then you put unhealthy components into your food cycle. In this sense, you should use a natural alternative to clean that won’t create a harmful impact.

    Use baking soda and vinegar to clean glass, mirror, and sink. Moreover, you can make a mixture of vinegar, lemon juice, and tee oil. For healthy purpose, this natural remedy will keep your kitchen healthy and sanitize.

     

    Keep your Kitchen Counter Fit:

    Keep your kitchen counter out of food items and basket of fruits. If you keep unhealthy food on it again and again, then you should know that you not only make it messy but also put factory of germs and bacteria on your kitchen.

    According to a scientific study explains that the environment plays a major role to form your eating habit. So to make a healthy habit, don’t put an unhealthy bowl of foods or fruits on the kitchen counter.

    Organize a Refrigerator and Food Container:

    Organize your entire kitchen isn’t an easy task, so take a small step and bring tangible changes gradually. To keep food out of the kitchen counter, setup a refrigerator in a convenient place. Meanwhile, it will keep your food healthy and prevent germs attack.

    Use food containers to store all dry food chili powder, turmeric powder, and other spices and sealed it properly so that no insects can’t enter. Again, the food container is a great way to expand your health awareness. Therefore, you can easily analyze which food is right to consume.

    Use safe drinking water:

    Use a water filtration system to purify water and drinking water from a pitcher which is safe. If you can’t ensure safe water then no healthy measures can’t work properly to live a better life.

    To consider the factor, use a water filter and store water in a pitcher free from germs. Drinking fresh water will improve your health condition and boost longevity.

    Meanwhile, start your day drinking plenty of fresh water in an empty stomach. Furthermore, use fresh water to cleanse food items and cooking dishes.

     

    Cooking Friendly Kitchen:

    For healthy food preparation and meals, make an ideal kitchen which encourages healthy eating habit and lifestyle. When you become careful about the kitchen, at the same time, it starts removing unhealthy food preparation habit.

    Additionally, you can grow an herb garden beside your kitchen and use healthy recipe book to cook nutrient food. Use a variety of spices to boost flavor and taste. You can use spice liberally as it has numerous health benefits.

    Clean Surface Area and Wash Dishcloths Regularly:

    To clean the surface area, first, wash with soapy water then sanitize with the solution of chlorine bleach.
    Change dishcloths and sponges a regular basis.

    However, you can reuse them to place them in the bleach water solution for a few minutes and then air drying. Thereby, you can kill the hidden bacteria and mildew.
